The Tempra 24 Plus kicks out precise temperature hot water instantly and maintains a steady tempreature. Seems like very high quality and with the digital temperature readout very easy to use and know what the unit is doing.
While the plumbing installation is simple and the unit does not require any venting, the electrical service installation is very heavy duty.
Easy to install, once you get your wiring installed. Steady water temp and an endless supply! We have gained 1/2 of a closet back.

Manufactures say yes, of course. You are not hetniag water that sits unused in a tank, and you are not waiting for hot water to get to point of use if you have the point of use type heater so no wasted cold water going down the drain. My guess is that the old hotwater tank will be a relic in another 20 years.
