I bought this heater to provide warm/hot water to wash the horses. They love it and so do I. Easy to install and works great. In fact, the smaller unit would have provided enough hot water….this one can do two at a time!!!!
I have already recommended this product to many other horse people so they too can have happy horses.

I have been using my L10 for about 2 months now and am very happy with both it and the Eccotemp customer service. I bought the heater to supply water for a shower and sink in a new bathroom. I didn’t have capacity or space for a standard electric or gas heater — or the money for a bigger name brand on-demand water heater. I was delighted when I found the Eccotemp L10 but nervous because I have low water pressure and live in a high wind area. (Both of these conditions were stated as possible problems for this water heater.)
Directions were very easy to follow and heater hooked up very easily. This was installed at our cabin with it’s own designated pump and we are using extremely cold water. We are going to install a choke valve on the down stream side to slow down the flow slightly as to maintain pressure on the unit and increase temperature. Great Product!!!!
I installed this unit under the middle bay in my 1974 silver eagle coach bus.m the water seems to surge real hot when you first turn on the water, maybe i don’t have it setup correctly. but once you fine tune the hot water adjustment unit works great.m I have been using it for 6 months now. no down time
Great performance, easy to install. I highly recommend this product if you need an instant on water heater. Terrific price!
Easy to use. Decent hot water, my well is around 40 degrees this time of year and it heated it up well. I mounted it on a hand truck so its mobile. I got it to wash horses. So far so good.

They have been working in Japan for years and have done well in California.When you hire a plumber to install one make sure they have experience doing this work. Some plumbers improperly size the gas line and/or water line and that can lead to problems. Make sure the contractor is licensed and bonded.
